Gergana graduated in the Technical School of Bread and Pastry Technologies in Sofia in 2012 as a Confectioner.

Till 2014 she worked in Papaya pastry shop.

Gavrosh Gourmet is the place where she found the possibility work and study, and possibility to show her abilities.

Young, ambitious and devoted to her work.

Confectionary is her passion!
