Milena graduated in the Technical School of Bread and Pastry Products in 1989.
She gained her professional experience with her work at Havana Restaurant, Red Flag Restaurant, Azalia and Lucky Confectionary workshops.
Milena Koleva is working as a pastry cook in Gavrosh Gourmet from 15 years.
