Poli Tosheva


Poli graduated in Sofia Professional School of Tourism with specialty of Pastry-cook in 1997.

In the period 1997-2016 she worked as a pastry decorator in Dvete Fukli Pastry Shop.

In September 2016 she joined Gavrosh Gourmet team.

From 2017 she works as Head Pastry Chef of Gavrosh Gourmet.
